Greece was allowed into the European Union in 1981, essentially because it had a strategic importance in the Balkans, where NATO wished to bait the Russian bear. When it entered the Euro Zone in 2002, it led to a speculation frenzy, in which people took on huge loans to buy apartments and houses for rent. Thus, many Greeks became the slaves of international banking elites, who owned this debt, and used it to gamble between themselves in the form of mortgage-backed derivatives. Indebtedness led to higher prices being charged to tourists, who began to spurn the more costly Greece for countries such as Turkey. Corrupt politicians had misrepresented the Greek financial situation in order to join the Euro Zone, to syphon off European grants to their pockets. There were no repercussions for those involved, for they were the ruling class of politicians and oligarchs, the spawn of Xerxes.
Those gorged on debt asked for more. The Eu, ECB, and IMF agreed to provide Greece with a new, only-exists-within-a-computer, 130$ billion loan, in order to reduce Greek (cyberworld) debt level to 120% of GDP. The Greek slave was thus tied to a new chain, and had to agree to demands for ‘reforming’ their economy – a euphemism for selling State assets to multi-national corporations, who reduced the number of staff they employed, their wages, and their terms of work; for the neocon elite are nothing more than slave masters who exploit the working class. They call this creating a flexible labour force, meaning one that can be bent to their will.
Their bondage plan is pushing Greece toward social and economic disaster. Unemployment grows like a plague of locusts. There is less money to spend. Businesses fail. This downward spiral of despair matters little to the debt owners, for they are sucking the blood out of the Greek working class, which is held responsible for the greed of corrupt politicians and oligarchs – the spawn of Xerxes.
The (cyberworld) 130$ billion loan was Xerxe’s expeditionary force. It built a bridge on which an invading army of capitalist scavengers poured into Greece.
Rise, the Greek working class, and face the invaders as the Spartans under King Leonidas! Rise, the children of Athens, and
reject the chains forced on you by corrupt politicians and oligarchs!
Reject all negotiation with the new German Xerxe’s, who cares nothing for those who suffer under its ‘divine punishment’.
Set an example throughout the world, and become a beacon for those languishing under the myth of austerity.
